My biggest question is: why the "on-and-off" Triangle activities during the long years since Columbus first noticed and reported his sightings on the Saragosa Sea (hope I'm not mistaken with the name of this sea?!)??!

If we only knew what was causing the phenomenon then maybe we would also understand the sporadic disappearances. It could be a very localized phenomenon that travels around the seas, or happens so infrequently because it requires very specific weather related conditions or a combination of many conditions, or because alien activity is sporadic ;D, or if it's related to geomagnetic activity in the Earth then it could happen on and off in a cyclic nature. Or am I misinterpreting you and your wondering why interest in the triangle varies?

:PYeah, what I mean is why does the activity there happen in certain periods.....what determines this??! Or is it just the media not bothering to report on these activities (as I mentioned elsewhere on this board??!!)? With the advent of the Net, we should be getting MORE info. on the Triangle and what happens there!! It would be sad to think that the events there "don't happen" (I'm not saying that they should, at any rate...) just because we might NOT be informed about them!! Ponder!!! Rob
