hi all...
i heard lot of stories abt the planes or ships vanishin in bermuda triangle. in most of the cases the reason was either miscalculation of instrument readings or malffuctionin of the instruments. I know this might sound wierd, i want to know if there was any study of the of the refractive index of medium over triangle. my wild wild and wildest thought is that may be the refractive index changes drastically that misguides the vision of pilot etc...
just a passing thought. pavan.

Are you talking about optical factors (i.e. optical illusions, etc.)?? hi all... i heard lot of stories abt the planes or ships vanishin in bermuda triangle. in most of the cases the reason was either miscalculation of instrument readings or malffuctionin of the instruments. Hi,
Refractive Index but where is the debris the wreckage? even with the Refractive Index there would be wreckage of some sort, and would this apply to the missing boats too!
There are those that did leave wreckage Im not too concerned about those as we can explain them away and say it was weather or whatever.
But those that totally disappeared craft and crew, with the refractive index theory would there be debris or wreckage?
That guy that survived said he was in a Vortex and he saw a hole and just head for that gap but the tips of the wings were bent upwards from touching the sides.
This testimony tells us much, that there are forces we no nothing about, maybe this is the TEXT that you are talking about.
Whatever theory we come up with must explain the disappearance of both planes and ships, and why there is no debris or wreckage?
Like ive said there are those that left no debris but im concintrating on those where there was nothing, total disappearance.

Oops sorry where it says text it should say refractive index, i just highlighted the word and pressed bold and it just left the word text.
