the ships sink by bubbling up gas from the ocan floor the planes go down by by the gas mixing with the egin and blowtng up and fryimg the pilot

Perhaps, but not likely.
Methane gas deposits only exist near the Northern fringe of the "Triangle" area (i.e. North of Bermuda); this wouldn't account for the vast majority of the cases (especially in recent years) which have occurred in the extremely populated Southern areas like the Bahamas and the Virgin Islands for example.
